Important Dates & Timeline​

Application Opens: August 15, 2025.

Early Application Deadline: September 23, 2025.

Early-Admit Exam Date: September 26, 2025.

Open House: October 8, 2025, 5-7:30pm. 

​

Bilingual Application Assistance Night: October 16, 2025, 5:30-6:30pm. 

​

Regular Application Deadline: November 4, 2025.

​

Entrance Exam Dates: October 25, 2025 & November 8, 2025.
(All applicants must take the Pius XI Entrance Exam in order to be considered for admission.)

​​Completed Application, Report Cards, Standardized Test Scores, and Recommendation Form Deadline: November 4, 2025. 

​

Application Review Process: November - December 2025

​

Admissions Decisions Released (in Ravenna): First week of January 2026

​

Financial Aid Application Period: January 1-30, 2026. 

​

Milwaukee Parental Choice Application Window: February 2 - 20, 2026

WI Parental Choice Application Window: February 2 - April 20, 2026

Tuition Assistance Awards: will be communicated to families by February 6, 2026.

Class of 2030 Course Registration Night: February 9, 2026

Student Visit Days: Most Wednesdays and select Fridays.
