Transfer to Pius XI
Transfer Admissions Application Deadlines:
April 13, 2026 - for an August 2026 start.
All students interested in applying to Pius XI Catholic High School as a transfer applicant are required to submit a complete Transfer Admission Portfolio.
All of the following documents must be received before the prospective student will be considered for admission:

Unofficial complete transcript (including all discipline and attendance reports)

Admissions Interview
After all required admissions documents are received, the Pius XI Admissions Committee will review the applicant's portfolio and an admissions decision will be made. The Admissions Office will communicate the admissions decision to the student and family.
How to Create a Ravenna Account (Freshman, Transfer & International Applications)
We advise using a computer, laptop or iPad for Ravenna. Cell phones do not offer full functionality.

Click the "Apply Now" button above. You will be redirected to Ravenna where you will create an account using an email address and password. (Note - If you are a returning family with an existing Ravenna account, you can log in using your email and existing password. If you need to add a new student to your account, you are able to do so.)

You will be asked to provide some simple demographic and school history questions. When completed, you will be directed to the Ravenna Dashboard.

From the Dashboard screen, you will be guided through a process to either explore or apply to a school. Select "Pius XI Catholic High School," and you will be guided through all the steps necessary to complete an application and register for events.
