Pius XI Catholic High School Visual Art Students Earn 71 Awards in the 2025 Regional Scholastic Art & Writing Competition - February 7, 2025

This year, Pius XI Catholic High School earned a total of 71 awards in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards competition. The nation’s longest-running annual competition recognizes prestigious student artists statewide and features Gold Key, Silver Key, Honorable Mention, American Voices Nominee, and American Visions Nominee awards. Regional Gold Key winners are automatically considered for National Gold Medal, Silver Medal with Distinction, Silver Medal, and Scholarship Awards. Pius XI Catholic High School visual arts students received more statewide awards than any other school. Artwork was selected from students across all grade levels, including ten of the state’s art portfolio awards. Additionally, all visual art teachers were recognized. Congratulations to all of our young artists on their individual achievements!
