Greenfield/Wisco Pius Girls Swim Takes Second at Woodland Conference Relays
The Greenfield/Wisco Pius girls swim team turned in an impressive performance at the Woodland Conference Relays on September 16, finishing second out of nine teams with 363 points.
Shorewood High School claimed the top spot with 462 points, but the Greenfield/Wisco Pius squad made a strong showing throughout the 13-event meet, building a comfortable gap over third-place Cudahy St. Thomas More (236). Brown Deer University School (192), St. Augustine Prep South (138), West Allis Wave (126), Milwaukee Lutheran Co-op (114), Whitnall High School (106), and South Milwaukee High School (88) rounded out the field.
The runner-up finish signals good mid-season form for a team looking to build on last year’s fifth-place result at the Woodland Conference Championships.

Seehawer Leads Greenfield/Pius XI/WI Lutheran Swim to Dual Meet Win
The Greenfield/Pius XI/Wisconsin Lutheran co-op swim team picked up a dual meet win on Wednesday, September 23, at Brown Deer.
Leading the way was Senior Captain Piper Seehawer, who turned in a standout performance across the board. Seehawer took first place in both of her individual events — the 100 Breaststroke and the 200 Freestyle — while also helping power the team to first-place finishes in both relay events, the 200 Medley Relay and the 200 Freestyle Relay.
A strong all-around showing for the senior captain, and a great team win to close out the week. Go Popes!
