2026 Camp Information
Choose this session or Session 1. This camp runs Monday–Thursday over a three-week period and is designed to help students build strength, confidence, and comfort in the weight room—no experience required. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or already active in sports, this program meets you where you are and helps you grow at your own pace. Campers will learn proper lifting and running form, along with essential weight room safety and etiquette, in a supportive, team-focused environment. Each day includes two sessions—one focused on lifting and one on conditioning—with clear instruction and encouragement throughout. A structured weightlifting plan will be provided, and conditioning activities will change daily to keep things fresh and engaging. Students should wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes. For safety reasons, open-toed shoes, boots, or sandals are not permitted. The high school session is open to incoming Pius XI students only, while the middle school session is open to all incoming 6th–8th graders, regardless of school or athletic background.
