Pius XI Track & Field:
Excellence in Motion

T&F Program Mission Statement

Track & Field is the ultimate expression and measure of athleticism. Our mission is to develop a program where student‑athletes pursue the highest expression of their God‑given potential. We challenge each athlete to strive toward their genetic ceiling through disciplined preparation, intentional habits, and a belief system grounded in faith—faith in God, faith in themselves, and faith in the program.

We foster a culture where attitudes shape performance, where innovation and thoughtful risk‑taking are encouraged, and where failure is understood as a necessary component of long‑term success. Through this process, our athletes learn to lead with integrity in their church, school, home, and community. Above all, we seek to form disciples of Jesus Christ who compete with purpose, serve with humility, and live with conviction.

T&F Program Vision Statement
We envision a program that unites athletic excellence with spiritual formation, producing athletes who are strong in character, resilient in adversity, technically disciplined, capable of executing their skills with precision under pressure. and confident in their identity in Christ. Our vision is a team defined by shared beliefs, disciplined habits, and a commitment to leaving a legacy that endures beyond the track.

We see our athletes emerging as leaders and disciples who elevate every environment they enter—setting standards, inspiring others, and carrying their faith boldly into the world. (continued click below)
